Responsibilities of a part-time receptionist include, greeting and checking in clients, answering calls, booking appointments, surgeries and procedures, and taking prescription requests. Receptionists are often times the first person a client talks to or sees. We look for people who are engaging and compassionate, have excellent communications skills, can work well under pressure and competing demands without getting flustered or frustrated. Position requires a mix of morning and afternoon shifts and some weekends.
Candidate must work well with a team, be proficient in reading, writing, math, phone skills, and computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, knowledge of Avimark helpful).
