Jess Nyborg is a licensed veterinary technician with over eight years of experience in small animal medicine. She earned her degree in Veterinary Technology from Northern Virginia Community College, Class of 2021, and joined Burke Animal Clinic in October 2020. Jess’s areas of expertise include caring for hospitalized pets, fear-free patient care, and in-house diagnostic testing. She especially enjoys helping nervous pets feel safe and comfortable during their visits, supporting her fellow staff as they collaborate on patient care, and guiding clients through their pets’ treatment and recovery. At home, Jess spends her time with her three cats—Arthur, Gawain, and Percival—and enjoys cooking with her husband and playing video games in her free time.
